Job Summary
Join the team that is revolutionizing the timing industry with the best silicon Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) timing products in the world. As a Sr. MEMS process integration Engineer, you will use your technical and creative problem solving skills to design, characterize, and improve MEMS devices and develop and build our organization's next-generation of MEMS products. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
Responsibilities
- Design and validate process flow based on MEMS design requirements and product requirements.
- MEMS process development and integration to fab/foundry.
- Drive continuous improvement in MEMS process and yield with MEMS Foundry.
- Work with MEMS Foundry to Design and Execute experiments, analyze data, and present results with process change recommendations.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments to understand device physics, materials in addition to fabrication.
- Interface with local and overseas vendors.
- Work in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Packaging.
- Drive and/or support projects and other company goals as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent, Mechanical Engineering or Material Science. PhD preferred. Exceptional candidates with other technical backgrounds will be considered.
- Skilled scientist with ability to design, conduct, and analyze experiments.
- Strong hands-on experience on MEMS/semiconductor fabrication.
- Experience running laboratory experiments e.g. RF measurement is a plus.
- Experience with Statistical analysis and DOE software, such as JMP or Spotfire.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), yield improvement.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Excellent critical thinking and strong organizational skills.
- Clear and concise scientific communication.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative fast-paced team environment.
