About The Role

Our organization is currently recruiting two Senior Go Engineers on behalf of a key client in the cybersecurity industry. The client is a growing cybersecurity software company building their core product from the ground up. They are looking for experienced, self-directed engineers who can step in immediately, take genuine ownership of backend architecture decisions, and deliver production-grade systems that the team will build on for years to come. This is a hands-on consulting assignment with a high degree of autonomy — the successful candidates will have real influence over how the backend is structured and how engineering practices evolve as the product scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build significant portions of the backend architecture, making decisions that will shape the codebase for the long term.
• Deliver scalable, maintainable systems that reduce technical debt from day one — treating clarity and simplicity as core product features.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features: ship them, measure their impact, and iterate based on results.
• Identify and automate repetitive processes across development, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality or security.
• Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence by advocating for sound trade-offs across security, performance, and stability.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering production-grade backend applications.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Go, with a strong grasp of idiomatic patterns and performance considerations.
• Proven experience with cloud-native development and deployment, preferably on Azure or Cloudflare.
• Ability to evaluate and articulate trade-offs between security, stability, and speed in a product context.
• A design philosophy that favours simplicity and treats maintainability as a first-class concern.
• Track record of working autonomously with full accountability for outcomes, not just outputs.
• Confident, direct communicator who can align stakeholders and peers without hand-holding.
• Automation-first mindset: pipelines and tooling built as a matter of course, not as an afterthought.

Nice to Have

• Background in cybersecurity or experience building security-sensitive products.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with observability tooling: OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
• Exposure to the full stack, including Nuxt and TypeScript on the frontend.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous consulting experience or a background at early-stage companies where you built from zero to one.
• Active use of AI-assisted coding tools to increase throughput.

Job Description

The CI Experience squad owns the client continuous integration (CI) infrastructure. Our mission is to ensure smooth, reliable, and fast integration of code changes across all client repositories. We provide the tooling, documentation, and support that empower client engineers to build, test, and ship confidently.

We’re evolving our CI platform to meet the growing complexity of our client ecosystem. Spanning Android, iOS, desktop, and embedded platforms, by building scalable, maintainable systems and best practices for continuous delivery.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve CI infrastructure for the client engineering organisation.
• Improve build reliability, performance, and observability across client codebases.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap for CI systems, defining standards for build and integration practices.
• Develop and maintain automation in Python and C++, and work across environments including Windows.
• Collaborate with multiple product and platform squads to ensure CI systems align with developer needs.
• Troubleshoot complex build failures and support engineers in adopting best CI/CD practices.

Who You Are

• Experienced with CI infrastructure and internal developer workflows.
• Proficient in Python and C++, with understanding of Bazel, gRPC/Protobuf, and Git.
• Comfortable working in Windows, with experience in Batch and PowerShell scripting.
• Confident working across multiple client platforms (Android, iOS, Web, Smart/Ubiquity devices).
• Deep understanding of software architecture, scalable build systems, and CI/CD fundamentals.
• A pragmatic problem-solver with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Passionate about improving developer experience through automation, simplification, and tooling excellence.

• This role is based in London or Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Your main task will be to support software updates (SW updates) in the centralized vehicle fleet and test objects.
• Deliveries on a daily basis will consist of updated test objects with agreed software levels, versions, and corresponding development files.
• The work will follow one-engine tool instructions, as well as include software download maintenance connected to manual software download procedures, while also contributing to automation processes and alignment with rigs.
• You will analyze and verify that the centralized vehicle fleet meets the required status in accordance with agreements.
• You will ensure high-quality validation of software performance and confirm that standard capabilities are fulfilled.
• Additionally, you will structure, build, and maintain scalable solutions for ways of working, data collection, and result analysis, enabling efficient and reliable decision-making.
• Working closely with stakeholders within Test Farm Operations, across SWTC, Engineering Operations, and product management and engineering teams, you will promote technical excellence through data-driven reviews, recommendations, and best practices.

• Include experience in complete system-level testing (vehicle modes and architectural behavior), BaseTech testing (SWDL, diagnostics, gateways, etc.), and log analysis using tools such as CANoe, Wireshark, and DLT.
• Knowledge of electrical fault tracing in test environments, along with mechanical and electrical understanding, is highly valued.
• A strong understanding of CAN, LIN, and Ethernet protocols is also desirable.

The role

We are now looking for a Function Developer with focus on embedded development to strengthen our team. The Suspension Software and Function teams are cross functional teams working with the full software stack, developing control algorithms for our functions and all tool chains needed to achieve the best active chassis functions for our vehicles.

Responsibilities

• You will be working in our in-house software team that develops functions for our Suspension system in both the Suspension ECU and the Central ECU of the vehicle.
• You will work closely with other function developers, test engineers, system engineers, safety engineers, system architects and may take cross-functional tasks depending on the need of the project.
• Your main responsibility is to perform embedded software development of algorithms for our active suspension functions as well as test activities in MIL, SIL and in complete vehicles.
• In your daily tasks you need to cooperate with other development teams to build up software requirements, test specifications, test cases and reports.
• You will actively work with software development as well as testing activities using Software in the Loop (SIL), Model in the Loop (MIL) and physical vehicle tests.

Background / Experience

• BSc degree or higher in Software Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of SW development

The role

We are seeking a talented and driven Automotive Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing components and systems for next-generation door panels, supporting projects from early concept through to production start.

You will play a key role in shaping innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams within engineering, manufacturing, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interior door panels
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and 3DPMI
• Participate in concept development, packaging studies, and feasibility analysis
• Ensure designs meet performance targets, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with simulation teams, durability, and crash performance
• Work closely with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure design-for-production and cost efficiency
• Support prototype builds, testing, and validation activities
• Drive continuous improvement and implement design changes throughout the project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in automotive product development
• Strong proficiency in CAD tools and PLM systems (CATIA, Teamcenter)
• Knowledge of automotive systems, materials, and manufacturing processes (injection molding, dressed parts)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
