Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the mass production launch and procurement technology support for iron-based (metal) parts, improving the QCD of new products.
- Provide technical guidance and instructions to domestic partners and overseas local staff for the launch of iron-based parts (sheet metal, sintering, MIM, lost wax, forging, etc.).
- Travel to overseas bases such as China, Thailand, Romania, and Brazil to provide direct guidance and support to local partners and factories.
- Design and improve processes such as cutting, sheet metal, joining technology, and plastic processing. Implement quality improvement and cost reduction measures using flow analysis and heat treatment analysis.
- Conduct design-in activities to incorporate manufacturing perspectives from the design stage, achieving optimal parts procurement considering mass production.
Mission
Within three years of joining, you are expected to grow into a talent capable of working as an expatriate overseas, optimizing the global production system with diverse parts knowledge.

Required:
- Practical experience in launching iron-based parts (sheet metal, sintering, MIM, lost wax, forging, etc.).
Preferred:
- Experience in process design for joining technology, sintering, MIM, or plastic processing.
- Experience with flow analysis, heat treatment analysis, or 3D-CAD (CREO).
- Communication skills in English or Chinese.
Salary
Annual income: 6,090,000 to 9,830,000 JPY
Monthly salary: 314,000 JPY
Salary is determined based on experience, skills, and age according to company regulations.

8:20 AM to 5:00 PM with a 55-minute break. Average overtime: 20 hours/month.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $67,000.00 - $142,000.00 a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
