How You Will Make An Impact

As a seminar and workshop facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering in-person and virtual training sessions to corporate clients. You will also actively manage the learning environment and share your subject matter expertise and experience with client participants.

Topics include change management, stress management, resiliency, respect, professionalism, and difficult behaviors (material is already prepared).

• Seminars: One-hour awareness-building sessions.
• Workshops: Half- and full-day interactive, skill-building sessions most often focused on changing workplace behavior.

Are you the collaborator we are looking for?

• You hold a postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior, or human resource management or equivalent experience;
• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in delivering instructor-led training in an applied workplace setting;
• You have practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in a variety of workplace settings;
• You demonstrate superior communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills;
• You have the ability to adapt instructional materials and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, as well as special needs of learners.

Job Overview

In this role, you will take ownership of defining a collaborative methodology enabling hardware design teams to create the best possible and power-optimized hardware descriptions, and actively supply to the development of targeted solutions. Your contributions will impact a wide range of products, from Soft IPs to SoCs!

You will join an international team of creative engineers working together to address the challenges of creating high quality and physical-aware microarchitecture. Additionally, you will closely work with different physical design and RTL teams, and collaborate with key Electronic Design Automation (EDA) partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive with collaborators the methodology roadmap for improving the feedback loop between physical design and hardware description (RTL).
• Define, develop and deploy new methodologies to improve RTL & physical design efficiency across diverse product lines.
• Collaborate with EDA partners and other solution providers to make smart usage of available solutions.
• Pilot initiatives enabling a groundbreaking usage of AI in the hardware design space.

Required Skills And Experience

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other relevant technical fields.
• Experience in hardware design, verification or physical implementation.
• Ability to demonstrate that you can express new insights and communicate them successfully, and develop for others by taking on board external perspectives.
• Experience in crafting and adopting new RTL optimizations or physical implementation techniques & methodologies, and promote their use with international teams.
• Programming and scripting skills, using Python, C++, TCL or other relevant programming languages.

“Nice To Have” Skills And Experience

• Experience with hardware description languages (e.g. Verilog RTL design).
• Worked with multiple EDA providers.
• Experience with large SoCs or advanced CPU/GPU designs.
• Arm-based designs and/or Arm architectures.

6+ months of groundwork is done - research, interviews, prototypes, early signups, building the team, planning go-to-market, and an MVP that’s around halfway built. You won’t start from zero. You’ll complete and ship v1 along with your two co-founders, and set the pace for everything that follows.

Role at a glance

An S-class AI/full-stack engineer who will take the lead in developing the marketplace, and code 70–90% of the time for the first 6–12 months. You’ll own web/mobile, data/AI, and core infra. Title and scope can grow into CTO as we scale.

Role description

• Ship v1 (web + mobile), then iterate weekly to product-market fit.
• Build the data/AI backbone.
• Set up solid architecture, cloud, testing, and CI/CD without overbuilding to keep us simple and shipping fast.
• Make clear, simple tech choices, and own our tech-vision.
• Later, hire and mentor a tiny A-team.

Qualifications

• Data Science/AI expertise.
• Experience with mobile/web-app development.
• Relevant working experience, preferably having founded or led at an early-stage startup and shipped software from 0 to 1.
• Generally highly skilled and efficient, and enjoy owning outcomes. Also kind, ambitious, and in for the long game (5+ years).
• Preferably Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

What you'll get
