Celigo is looking for an IT Systems Engineer who will be primarily responsible for engineering IT solutions. The IT Engineer will be solving incoming help desk questions handling level 1 and 2 tickets.This person would liaise with third party support to assist in using cloud-based services. 

What would you do, if hired? 

● Design and support scalable IT solutions, including SSO expansion, onboarding and offboarding automation, and other global automation initiatives 

● Support and maintain core IT infrastructure while contributing to a strong security posture 

● Handle Level 1 and Level 2 IT tickets for the US, EMEA, and Philippines regions

 ● Provide onsite IT support at the India HQ during afternoon hours 

● Support onboarding and offboarding processes across US, EMEA, and PH including IT Orientation Calls Mondays. 

● Perform system migrations and tool transitions as needed 

● Use Celigo’s integrator.io platform to automate internal IT workfl ows 

● Build self-service solutions to reduce ticket volume and improve employee experience

 ● Create and maintain clear IT documentation and runbooks to support global teams and reduce repeat issues

 ● Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and IT service delivery 

● Act as a regional bridge between global IT teams by ensuring consistent processes, documentation, and handoffs across US, EMEA, PH, and India

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment, and capable of managing responsibilities across time zones with minimal supervision.

Skills & Abilities 

● Experience administering Google Workspace and supporting Google tools 

● Familiarity with tools such as JAMF, Intune, MS Office, Zoom, Slack, LastPass, and Jira/JSM 

● Experience with security checks or audits, including CIS benchmarks

 ● Hands-on experience with automation scripting and API-based workfl ows

 ● Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows environments 

● Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing handoffs across time zones 

● Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills 

● Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global work environment 

● Willing to work a later shift (approximately 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) 

Education & Experience 

● B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science 

● 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience

Job Responsibilities :

▸ 15+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 8–10 years in a senior sales or business

development role directly focused on the energy, power, or utility sector.

▸ Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-crore enterprise deals with DISCOMs, power

utilities (state or central), grid operators, or large energy retailers.

▸ Deep familiarity with procurement and tendering processes of large utility organizations —

including government-mandated tenders, RFP-driven sales, and regulated procurement

frameworks.

▸ Experience in selling technology platforms, SaaS solutions, IT consulting, or managed services to

the energy and utility segment. Candidates from IT services and consulting firms with an energy

vertical focus are a strong match.

▸ Prior exposure to demand response programs, smart grid projects, energy management systems,

AMI deployments, or DISCOM IT/OT modernization engagements is a significant advantage.

▸ Familiarity with relevant regulatory and policy frameworks: BEE DSM, CERC/SERC DER

aggregator guidelines, RDSS, PM Surya Ghar, or equivalent international frameworks

(AEMO/NEM in Australia, DEWA/ADDC in UAE).

Domain Knowledge

▸ Strong understanding of the energy value chain — generation, transmission, distribution, and

retail — and the corresponding technology and software buyer landscape.

▸ Awareness of emerging areas: distributed energy resources (DERs), Virtual Power Plants (VPPs),

demand response, grid-edge computing, EV-grid integration, smart metering, and energy storage.

▸ Working knowledge of key energy protocols and standards (OSCP, OpenADR, DLMS/COSEM,

SCADA integrations) is a distinct advantage.

▸ Understanding of the EV-energy nexus — how EV charging infrastructure, V2G, and fleet energy

management intersect with utility operations and grid stability.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Functional Analyst with extensive experience in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Central Finance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance domain/capabilities such as Record to Report, Operations Finance, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, FP&A, Controllership, Intercompany transactions, Tax, Treasury, Audit, Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense Management and systems integration, particularly with systems such as Blackline, Vertex, ReVal, OneSource.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP finance solutions.
• Configure, customize, and maintain SAP finance modules, including but not limited to FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and AA (Asset Accounting).
• Provide expertise in SAP finance best practices and advise on system optimizations and enhancements.
• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and support.
• Perform system integration activities with third-party systems such as Blackline, Vertex, ReVal, and others, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP finance modules and integrations.
• Provide user training and support during project implementations and post-go-live phases.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience with an advanced degree or equivalent work experience. 
• Hands on experience as an SAP Finance Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Central Finance.
• Prior project experience with moving a client from ECC to S4 HANA is a plus.
• Proven experience in SAP support/implementations, with a focus on Finance and integrated modules.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, SOX compliance and risk management practices.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP finance modules to meet business requirements.
• Experience with Global rollouts.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining distributed systems using Microsoft Fabric, including One Lake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, Notebooks, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse. You will play a crucial role in architecting and implementing enterprise data platforms and data management practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. You will collaborate with system architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and convert them into technical designs. Your role will involve designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining robust integration architectures, services, and workflows.

To qualify for the role, you should:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
• Architect and implement Azure Synapse, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Utilize Notebooks and Spark for data analysis, processing, and visualization to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
