What You Will Do
Our organization has a single goal in mind for its HALO product: be the number one AI platform for businesses. Focusing on delivering a human experience end-to-end, whether you’re working in our Studio product and focusing on building out your AI ecosystem, an end-user relying on the AI’s capabilities to get what they need, or an employee looking to co-create with AI. We are re-imagining what it means to work on, and with AI.
You’ll be a part of our multi-disciplinary team of 12 people: consisting of developers, data scientists, product designers, and a product manager.

- Maintain and scale our existing platform
- Provide a meaningful contribution to the product's technical direction.
- Improve processes using AI, automation and smart tooling
- Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work
- Help shape how this role will look a year from now
- Success is measured by impact, not by perfect plans.
That’s why you ideally have
- Have 3+ years of experience as a software engineer building applications in a production environment.
- Bring solid hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue, HTML/CSS, and responsive design tools.
- Have an affinity for design: know what you like and dislike, and love exploring how something could be improved and why.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and collaborate well in a complex, high-pressure environment.
- Maintain a strong product mindset with a focus on iterative software development.
The reality at our organization
We believe honesty creates better matches. So here it is:

- Priorities can shift quickly as technology and insights evolve.
- AI will change how your role looks, fast. Some tasks you do today may disappear next year.
- We move before everything is finished or polished.
- For this position, we can only consider candidates who already hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
If that excites you, you’ll probably feel at home here. If you’re looking for predictability and fixed boundaries, this may not be the right place.
If you’re passionate about AI and the direction it’s heading in and you have innate drive to make a meaningful, lasting contribution and you are eager to build transformative products as part of this ongoing AI revolution: Then this is the perfect role for you.
