Key Tasks

• Manage 4+ customer activations at a time over a structured 4-week onboarding process.
• Lead kickoff meetings, configure systems, support data migration, and coordinate integrations.
• Deliver training sessions and guide customers through successful launch.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Work with accounting firms and third-party vendors as needed.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and contribute to customer success initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout implementation.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding or customers success roles (SaaS preferred).
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and training skills with proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, automation, or dealership operations.
• Familiarity with data migration, accounting workflows, or integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement FPGA firmware for various digital hardware applications.
• Develop and optimize RTL code using VHDL or Verilog.
• Perform synthesis, place-and-route, and timing closure tasks on FPGA devices.
• Work with industry-standard FPGA development tools.
• Design digital logic circuits and systems, including combinational and sequential logic.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to design interfaces and integrate FPGA-based solutions with other components.
• Develop and implement signal processing algorithms and high-speed digital communications.
• Develop testbenches and perform simulation and debugging to ensure functionality and performance meet requirements.
• Validate designs through hardware emulation, testing, and debugging.
• Develop embedded firmware for controlling FPGA logic and interacting with external systems.
• Work with microcontrollers, memory devices, and communication protocols in conjunction with FPGA designs.
• Write low-level drivers and software for hardware interface management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in embedded systems/FPGA-based solution development.
• Knowledge of radar/EW principles, including electromagnetic theory, RF systems, radar waveforms, and signal processing techniques.
• Knowledge of phased array radar/EW systems, synthetic aperture radar (SAR), or multi-static radar systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital logic design, timing analysis, and FPGA architecture.
• Proficient in FPGA programming using Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog.
• Experience with simulation tools and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with embedded systems and interfacing FPGA with processors and peripheral devices.
• Experience with high-speed digital communication protocols.
• Proven experience in the design, development, and testing of embedded systems/FPGA-based solutions.
• Strong skills in mathematics, image, signal, or data processing.

Job Title: Engineer - Design Coordination & Technical Interface

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate Transmission projects for technical correspondences, progress reports, baseline schedules, and quality plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and prepare comment sheets for Project Signal list approval to ensure quality and compliance with specifications and standards.
• Coordinate project issues and prepare periodic Issue management reports.
• Coordinate Site quality audit processes and provide feedback to relevant departments.
• Participate in technical, interface, and progress meetings with stakeholders and resolve interface/process related issues.
• Review and ensure coverage of requirements for Independent Power Producer (IPP) Projects in RFP documents and finalize Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) documents.
• Review, coordinate, and update Standard documents as required.
• Generate SLA KPI results related to section activities periodically.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 4 years experience in high voltage transmission for Bachelor's degree holders.

Minimum 6 years experience in high voltage transmission for Diploma holders.

Good analytical skills to assess situations.

Proficiency in communication and technical report writing.

Make your mark as Tender Engineer for the Business Unit Middle East. As a Tender Engineer you have the opportunity to make a major contribution. You support the Tender Manager, Desk Manager and Commercial Managers or work standalone (smaller projects), in developing and communicating the strategy for each tender proposal. You perform the final check on quality and completeness of the proposal document to guarantee it meets both client’s and our organization's standards. This means you have a direct impact on our Business!

In this role, your workplace will be our office in Abu Dhabi, from where you will provide support to our tender team.

• Primarily focus on dredging and reclamation projects in the Middle East region, particularly countries such as the UAE, Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
• Review tender documents and draft summaries to support the commercial team in developing the strategy, planning and proposal documentation, and identify information deficits.
• In close collaboration with the desk team in The Netherlands develop, coordinate and write the proposed work methods, and the overall bid deliverables together with supporting department.
• You will liaise with subcontractors and partners.
• You are responsible for the final check on the quality and completeness of the proposal documentation before submitting to the client.
• You will develop and maintain a good working relationship with our client counterpart, communicate any clarifications and submit the proposal in accordance with client requirements.
• Support bid submissions by means of proper document control.

You can make your mark as a tender engineer if you will have:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in tenders and/or with operations preferably in Dredging or Offshore Energy Market.
• Familiarity with key clients in the Dredging market such as:
• Land developers
• Port operators
• Oil & Gas operators
• A finished Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a dredging industry background, supported by relevant courses and certifications
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Overview

The SOC Platform Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of total experience to oversee the administrative functions of Threat Intelligence Platforms and other solutions within our Security Operations Center (SOC). In this role, you will manage and administrate the day-to-day operations of numerous SOC systems, ensuring effective integration and alignment with our security objectives. This includes user access and performance monitoring, while collaborating with technical teams to implement enhancements that improve our security posture. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures and monitor the effectiveness of threat intelligence initiatives, providing insights for optimization. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with diverse teams to ensure the SOC operates efficiently and effectively in safeguarding the organization against cyber threats.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise and open-source threat intelligence platforms and solutions, including configuration, optimization, and integration with other SOC tools.
• Manage the ingestion and consumption of threat intelligence in the TIP, ensuring information is available and correctly organized for analysis.
• Manage the integration and dissemination of threat intelligence feeds into the SOC internal and external environment, ensuring compatibility with existing tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with other SOC engineering teams to tightly integrate threat intelligence solutions with existing SOC tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR) and workflows for enhanced threat detection and service excellence.
• Develop and implement automation scripts and processes to streamline the collection, normalization, and dissemination of threat intelligence data.
• Customize and enhance threat intelligence platforms to meet the specific requirements of the SOC, including the development of custom parsers, connectors, and integrations.
• Leverage your strong technical skills in operating systems, networking, and APIs to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Threat Intelligence platforms (TIP), Network Detection and Response (NDR), and other systems.
• Provide day to day support to threat intelligence analysts by ensuring they have access to relevant threat feeds and assisting in the analysis and interpretation of threat data.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and report on the performance of threat intelligence solutions, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of threat intelligence platform configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate regular reports on threat intelligence activities and findings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other SOC engineering teams to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned in threat intelligence management. Provide training and guidance to junior engineers as needed.
• Participate in special projects as needed to support the evolving needs of the Security Operations Center (SOC).

Skills

Qualifications

Certifications (preferred)

• Cloud-related certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, Google Professional Cloud Architect - Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

Networking certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are advantageous.
