Summary :

The Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Specialist leads the development and delivery of BESS products for marine applications. During the delivery process the Specialist is the first point of contact between customer and our organization for all matters related to the customer order including product, application, and installation issues.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end execution of BESS projects, from concept and design development through construction, commissioning, and final handover.
  2. Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring delivery within approved schedule, budget, scope, and quality requirements.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client/owner representatives.
  4. Manage and drive performance of EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and third-party service providers.
  5. Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements, including applicable marine and electrical standards.
  6. Lead project meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications at all levels.
  7. Proactively resolve issues, manage risks, and support timely decision-making to maintain project momentum.
  8. Support commissioning readiness, performance testing, documentation, and final project closeout.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree at Technical University.
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale electrical system design and construction, such as power plants, renewable energy projects, or industrial facilities.
  • At least one year of direct experience managing BESS projects, covering design, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Strong understanding of utility-scale energy storage systems, construction sequencing, and system/grid interconnection processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Always strictly follow the company regulations and work rules.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools, scheduling software, and reporting systems.

About the Role:
