Celigo is looking for an IT Systems Engineer who will be primarily responsible for engineering IT solutions. The IT Engineer will be solving incoming help desk questions handling level 1 and 2 tickets.This person would liaise with third party support to assist in using cloud-based services.
What would you do, if hired?
● Design and support scalable IT solutions, including SSO expansion, onboarding and offboarding automation, and other global automation initiatives
● Support and maintain core IT infrastructure while contributing to a strong security posture
● Handle Level 1 and Level 2 IT tickets for the US, EMEA, and Philippines regions
● Provide onsite IT support at the India HQ during afternoon hours
● Support onboarding and offboarding processes across US, EMEA, and PH including IT Orientation Calls Mondays.
● Perform system migrations and tool transitions as needed
● Use Celigo’s integrator.io platform to automate internal IT workfl ows
● Build self-service solutions to reduce ticket volume and improve employee experience
● Create and maintain clear IT documentation and runbooks to support global teams and reduce repeat issues
● Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and IT service delivery
● Act as a regional bridge between global IT teams by ensuring consistent processes, documentation, and handoffs across US, EMEA, PH, and India
Who are we looking for? We are looking for a proactive and self-driven IT professional with a strong foundation in system administration and a passion for technology. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment, and capable of managing responsibilities across time zones with minimal supervision.
Skills & Abilities
● Experience administering Google Workspace and supporting Google tools
● Familiarity with tools such as JAMF, Intune, MS Office, Zoom, Slack, LastPass, and Jira/JSM
● Experience with security checks or audits, including CIS benchmarks
● Hands-on experience with automation scripting and API-based workfl ows
● Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows environments
● Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing handoffs across time zones
