Process Engineer - Silicon Photonics

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Process Engineering professional with deep expertise in silicon photonics. The successful candidate must be hands-on in processes for silicon photonics.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee wafer fabrication from tape-out to delivery for silicon photonics
• Act as the key interface between the design team and foundry partners
• Support silicon photonics process development and integration activities
• Define and manage process development and qualification plans
• Document process capabilities, design rules, and DFM guidelines

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in silicon photonics
• Hands-on in process development
• Experience working in wafer foundry preferred
