Job Description

We are seeking a Process Engineer for SMT Manufacturing to join our team. The role involves creating, adjusting, and optimizing AOI programs using Viscom systems, programming and process optimization for Fuji NXT placement machines, and continuous improvement of SMT manufacturing processes for series and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AOI programs (Viscom systems).
• Create and optimize programs for Fuji NXT placement machines.
• Oversee and improve SMT manufacturing processes for series and prototypes.
• Analyze defects and initiate corrective and improvement measures.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and production management to enhance efficiency and process safety.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training in electronics, automation, mechatronics, or similar fields.
• Several years of experience in SMT manufacturing, especially in AOI programming (Viscom) and Fuji NXT programming.
• Solid knowledge of placement technologies and quality assurance.
• Analytical and structured working style with a hands-on mentality.
• Team player with a sense of responsibility and solution-oriented approach.
• Very good German language skills.
