Having supported 600+ families in their career transitions, GTX is now expanding its domestic and global footprint, and we are looking for a high-performance Sales / Business Development Manager to drive this next phase of growth.
Role Overview
The Sales / Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across India and international markets by acquiring new enterprise clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding GTX’s footprint in high-value sectors.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building capabilities, consultative selling skills, and the ability to open doors with senior leadership (CXO, CHRO, Talent Heads, Business Leaders).
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Market Expansion

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in domestic and global markets

Drive enterprise sales in sectors such as Semiconductors, Engineering, Aerospace, Pharma, and Deep Tech

Develop GTM strategies for entering new geographies and industry segments

Build predictable sales pipelines and achieve quarterly & annual revenue targets
2. Strategic Client Engagement

Engage with CXOs, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Leaders

Position GTX as a strategic talent mobility and brain circulation partner

Design customized talent acquisition and global mobility solutions

Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term partnerships
3. Partnership & Ecosystem Development

Develop relationships with global industry bodies, NRI networks, trade associations, and innovation hubs

Support GTX’s “Back 2 Bharat” and “India to the World” initiatives through strategic partnerships

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, research, operations) to build sector-specific value propositions
4. Sales Process & Reporting

Maintain CRM discipline and accurate forecasting

Track market trends and competitor activity

Contribute to pricing strategy and service packaging

Deliver periodic business reviews to leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
-
6–12 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
-
Experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, Talent Mobility, HR Solutions, Consulting, or related sectors preferred

Exposure to global markets or cross-border business development is highly desirable

Chief Purchase Officer

Role Summary
We are seeking a Chief Purchase Officer (CPO) to lead our Procurement & Supply Chain
strategy for the mobility business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
the automotive/EV supplier ecosystem, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of
building supplier networks for greenfield or high-growth businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a robust supplier ecosystem for automotive components, EV systems,
raw materials, electronics, and tooling.
Lead end-to-end procurement operations including CAPEX, OPEX, direct and indirect
purchases.
Establish clear procurement KPIs (cost savings, lead time, supplier performance, etc.).
Negotiate long-term contracts and pricing structures to drive cost efficiency.
Monitor and control budgets across sourcing categories.
Work closely with Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Quality
teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Participate in design-to-cost and make-vs-buy discussions at early product stages.

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience working with Chinese supplier ecosystems is a plus.

This role will lead the localization strategy for one of
India’s largest and most respected business conglomerates.,
focusing on the evaluation and implementation of component
manufacturing capabilities in India vs. imports. The role requires a
