Role Overview
We are seeking experienced freelance recruiters to join our growing network. If you are passionate about engaging with senior technology talent and have exposure to US or European markets, this is an excellent opportunity to work flexibly and earn attractive commissions.

What You’ll Do


  1. Source and engage specialized tech talent from global talent hubs (US, Europe, APAC).
  2. Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms provided by GTX.
  3. Build relationships with candidates, understand their aspirations, and match them with suitable opportunities.
  4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to shortlisting and candidate engagement.
  5. Maintain accurate pipelines and update candidate status regularly.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in technology recruiting, preferably in global markets (US or Europe exposure is a big plus).
  • Strong ability to network with senior and specialized talent.
  • Familiarity with global hiring practices and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven and outcome-oriented.
Nice to Have


  • Experience in hiring for semiconductors, engineering, or emerging technologies.
  • Prior experience in executive or leadership hiring.
