About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growth across India and global markets. This role is ideal for someone who understands the talent ecosystem and has experience selling talent solutions, people-focused services, or events.
You will play a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business opportunities across India and global markets
· Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
· Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales leadership team
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
· Understand client needs related to talent, leadership hiring, and workforce solutions
· Position talent solutions, talent mobility programs, and events effectively
· Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to drive campaigns and outreach
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in CRM tools
· Track and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions
Required Skills & Experience
· 3–5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales
· Prior experience in talent, recruitment, HR solutions, people advisory, or events sales is highly preferred
· Strong understanding of talent markets and hiring challenges
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Ability to work with global clients and manage cross-geography outreach
· Self-starter with a proactive and target-driven mindset
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Good to Have
· Experience working with global clients or international markets
· Familiarity with CRM tools
· Exposure to talent mobility, leadership hiring, or workforce consulting solutions
