Skills Required:

○ Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

○ 12+ years in software product development, with substantial experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure architecture.

○ Proven track record of mentoring and guiding teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

○ Deep hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., VPC, EC2, EKS, S3, IAM) with familiarity in other cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.

○ Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.

○ Strong scripting skills in Python and BASH; comfortable with version control systems like Git.

○ Experience with configuration management and automation tools (e.g., Chef, Ansible, Puppet).

○ Expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD, or Travis CI.

○ Knowledge of logging, telemetry, and observability solutions (e.g., ELK, Splunk, New Relic) as well as familiarity with Kafka and MongoDB.

○ Experience with enterprise monitoring systems and a solid understanding of security compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).

○ Ability to thrive in an Agile development environment and work collaboratively across globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

○ Design and implement a robust DevOps architecture for our integrator.io platform across production, staging, and development environments.

○ Develop and optimize automated deployment pipelines using IaC and CI/CD best practices to streamline provisioning, deployment, and monitoring processes.

○ Work closely with product, engineering, and security teams to integrate automation tools, establish monitoring systems, and ensure security compliance.

○ Oversee incident response processes, manage on-call responsibilities, and ensure the continuous availability and scalability of our services.

○ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

○ Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance our DevOps capabilities.
