Responsibilities & Key Deliverables    

- Responsible for the powertrain project delivery meeting QCD targets

- Resposible for engine functional target sign off and delivery with platform team  

-Liason with CFT like Vehicle Integration, NVH, Electricals, Performance simulation, Engine development centre, Reliability and Service for engineering targets delivery.

- Liason with program management team to prepare and monitor budgets for the program

- Monitor the calibration team progress with the support from calibration lead.

- Collaborate with calibration lead to meet the driveability and performancy jury target

- Interact with EMS supplier and collaborate with calibration lead to finalise the hardware and software requirment for the project. Review and monitor the progress of calibration activity incase of turn key.

-Analyse the issues arising out of test with the support from mechanical development team  by root cause analysis of the problems / issues by using various problem solving techniques like Global 8D or other problem solving tools.

-To work with mechanical development engineer to finalise and execute the engine DVP.

-Plan for the day-today calibration activities and maintain a project tracker.         

Experience (years) : 10-12 Years           

Industry Preferred: Automotive and auto ancillary

Qualification: MTech (Automotive / Mechanical)
