Field Service Site Engineer

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

 Engineering degree or equivalent.

Work Experience:

 3-5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.

 Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor equipment, including

etch/clean/deposition technologies.

 Experience in account management, strategic customer relationship building, and

service operations.

Skills and Competencies:

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging

situations.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

 Proven ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage cross-functional

teams.

 Proficiency in managing operational budgets, resource planning, and forecasting.

 Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to handle escalations professionally.

 Familiarity with internal management systems, financial models, and safety

regulations.
