Field Process Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or related fields).

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Experience working with semiconductor equipment and process tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with safety and environmental compliance in semiconductor manufacturing. Work Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor process technologies such as etch, deposition, lithography, or CMP.
• Strong understanding of process control, yield analysis, and defect reduction techniques.
