About The Role
An equipment engineer designs, develops, tests, installs, and maintains mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation across industries like manufacturing, construction, and mining. Key responsibilities include creating design schematics, troubleshooting technical issues, developing maintenance schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
What You Will Do:
- Troubleshooting & debugging of Assembly station during breakdown is the prior goal
- Adherence to Assembly station, preventive maintenance according to PM schedule and PM procedure.
- Maintain the MTTR, OEM, FTT Spare list etc… according to Industry standard
- Verifying & Validation of Poke yoke systems & line improvements.
- Maintain all document check list like Preventive, Predictive, Contingency plan, Critical equipment list, other check list etc.
What You Need To Be Successful
- All running machine need to understand & debug
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
What Makes You Eligible
- Be willing to travel up to 50%, domestic only.
- This role is eligible to work at our Pune Plant office.
