About the Digital Team

The Digital Team addresses challenges within the existing business by implementing solutions using digital tools. The team's knowledge and expertise in advanced technologies are also leveraged to create and validate new business through development activities.

Responsibilities

• Operation, maintenance, improvement, and optimization of internally implemented digital tools (such as automatic tax return creation tools, internal ETL tools, and reporting tools)
• User support for internally implemented digital tools
• Creating and distributing newsletters to promote the internal penetration of digital tools and increase user engagement
• Information gathering/support for requirements definition
• Acceptance testing of development tools
• Other tasks related to promoting digital transformation (DX)

Required Skills/Experience

• Experience in system user support (guidance on system operation, troubleshooting, etc.)
• Experience in creating and distributing newsletters or related content creation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive attitude towards acquiring missing knowledge
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to respond promptly and courteously
• Flexibility in addressing problem-solving
• A dedicated attitude from the user's perspective
• Initiative and proactiveness
• Over one year of practical experience

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or experience in tax and accounting
• Experience in improving business processes in the tax accounting domain
• Experience assisting in a Project Management Office (PMO)
• Consultation skills (problem identification, resolution skills, analytical skills, facilitation skills, etc.)
• Experience assisting in negotiations with IT vendors
• Experience in independently solving organizational challenges
