Battery Management System Engineer

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or

a related field.

• Proven experience in the design and development of Battery Management

Systems (BMS) for lithium-ion battery packs.

• In-depth knowledge of Circuit Design, Analysis and Simulation

• Proficiency in Simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools.

• Strong understanding of battery characteristics, chemistry, charging algorithms,

and safety considerations.

• Experience with battery cell balancing techniques and algorithms.

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations related to battery

technology and electric vehicles.

• Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development for BMS

applications.

• Ability to analyse and interpret battery performance data using relevant software

tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional

team environment.
