System Engineer - Benutzerservice

For our Digital Infrastructure team, we are looking for a System Engineer for our User Service Group. As part of the team, you will work significantly on the management of Microsoft Intune. Additionally, you can expect other exciting tasks, leading to a varied workday.

• Management, expansion, troubleshooting, and optimization of Microsoft Intune
• Support of client infrastructure, endpoint, and software deployments
• Device rollouts and onboarding in Microsoft Intune (Windows Autopilot)
• Client management in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) as well as deployment and updating of client applications
• Ensuring compliance through configuration of group policies and security baselines
• Creation and monitoring of OS deployments, patch distributions, and application rollouts
• Creation, support, and enforcement of security and device standards
• Close cooperation with the areas of security, network, and support

• Completed IT education
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with hybrid Microsoft environments (On-Prem and Cloud)
• Very good knowledge in the product environment of Microsoft Intune, Entra, and M365
• Experience with On-Prem Microsoft Servers and Services (SCCM)
• Knowledge in the Citrix environment is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
• Very good German language skills

The salary according to the AMA collective agreement is € 4,844.20 gross per month for 39 hours per week (not an all-in contract).
