Responsibilities

• Act as the preferred advisor for clients on the ServiceNow platform.
• Focus on the client and build strong relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow functionalities and show curiosity towards new, value-adding, and complementary technologies.
• Develop, improve, and configure solutions that support client processes.
• Bridge the gap between business and IT, explaining how technology can address business needs and challenges.
• Contribute to the preparation of proposals for both new and existing clients.
• Develop your skills as needed and have high expectations for your personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow.
