We are looking for a Mentor for our Academy, focused on academic quality, student experience, and optimizing training processes without commercial recruitment functions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage academic inquiries via email and phone, ensuring quick response times and high-quality service.
• Correct practical cases and resolve theoretical doubts with professional criteria in the field of mental health.
• Continuously monitor student progress in the Virtual Campus, detecting needs before they become issues.
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure the best educational experience and resolve potential issues.
• Organize calendars, deliveries, and academic flows, maintaining order and quality on the platform.
• Use digital tools and generative AI to optimize processes and personalize feedback without losing human warmth.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training experience and internal processes of the Academy.

Requirements

• A higher degree in Psychology, Neuropsychology, or mental health areas is valued.
• Experience in online student tutoring and the use of LMS is valued.
• Required experience: Minimum 1-2 years in customer service, academic support, or commercial/administrative functions (via phone or written).
• Ability to evaluate training content in mental health with professional criteria.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, clear, empathetic, and professional.
• High service vocation and student orientation.
