Job Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance a company-wide AI strategy and establish standards and processes in AI prototyping.
• Prepare potential AI use cases and studies.
• Conceptualize and train models.
• Coordinate AI projects.
• Data preparation and analysis.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or economic studies, such as in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, business informatics, economics, business administration, or comparable fields.
• Relevant professional experience in data analysis, IT project management, and/or innovation management.
• Experience in evaluating and scaling AI use cases and using AI and LLMs.
• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Fluent in German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Proactive and independent working style.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Minimum salary for this position is €4,354.45 gross monthly for full-time employment (collective agreement for the vehicle industry). Depending on qualifications and experience, there is the possibility of overpayment.
