Preferred qualifications include experience in agile methodologies, development of strategy and roadmaps, and use of the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence). Extensive experience in collaboration systems including Cisco Webex, Cisco Control Hub, Microsoft Teams, and Meeting Room technology is highly regarded. Experience in Cisco Unified Communications Manager, corporate telephony, and relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP) are also valued.
