DevOps Engineer - Hybrid / On-site

Join a large-scale national transformation project delivering next-generation digital infrastructure across the UAE. As DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a central role in enabling continuous integration, deployment, and operations for a mission-critical, cloud-native platform.

The Role

You’ll design, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment frameworks for a modular microservices ecosystem. Working closely with engineering and security teams, you’ll ensure every release is reliable, secure, and scalable across environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Automate containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
• Manage AWS or Azure infrastructure using Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Implement monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
• Enforce security standards for secrets, image scanning, and access controls.
• Collaborate with developers on environment consistency, rollback, and release management.
• Integrate automated testing and security validation into delivery pipelines.
• Maintain documentation, backup, and recovery procedures.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps roles supporting cloud-native systems.
• Strong AWS or Azure experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker).
• Proficiency with CI/CD automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Linux administration, networking, and security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and DevSecOps practices.
• Exposure to SAP, blockchain, or UAE Pass integrations is a plus.
