What You Will Be Doing

• Architect and execute elite educational experiences – Build workshops spanning mathematics, sciences, philosophy, and creative writing while delivering 1-on-1 guidance to 15-20 gifted learners advancing at 5-10x standard velocity
• Identify and resolve learning barriers – Adjust methodologies dynamically to support students who have exceeded traditional educational structures in discovering their intellectual advantage
• Apply AI to enable customization
• Partner and refine – Improve workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using qualitative insights and quantitative data

Basic Requirements

• Premier academic credentials – Bachelor's degree from Ivy League institution or peer university
• Demonstrated academic distinction – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medal recipient, accelerated college completion, or comparable accomplishment
• Exceptional academic indicator – Prestigious fellowship (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society affiliation, PhD, or university-level instructional background
• 3 years of mentorship background – Experience coaching, guiding, or instructing students in any setting
• Routine AI engagement – Self-reported daily interaction with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Geography – Prepared to relocate to or maintain in-person presence in Austin (Georgetown), TX
• Employment eligibility – Authorization to work legally in the United States without sponsorship requirements

Working with Us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with our organization as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
