Main Tasks

Based on the concept of Life on Board, the following tasks will be performed:

  • Formulation of next-generation LoB strategy
  • Development of next-generation LoB devices/systems
  • Creation of PoC (Proof of Concept) vehicles and value verification

The concept of Life on Board aims to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable travel space, encouraging people to spend more time in cars and make effective use of time through seamless integration inside and outside the vehicle.

Skills and Experience Required

MUST

  • English proficiency (TOEIC score of 600 or above)
  • Flexible adaptability
  • Experience in general parts design and development

WANT

  • Experience in automotive parts, interior trim parts, cockpit modules, and electronic parts development
  • Experience in product development related to ergonomics
  • Communication skills in English (experience working overseas or with foreign companies)

Annual salary range: Monthly salary (reference value) 230,000 JPY to 439,000 JPY. The total will be determined comprehensively considering experience and expertise.

Estimated annual income (reference value) is approximately 4,100,000 JPY to 7,800,000 JPY, calculated as monthly salary x 12 months + bonus (reference value). Bonus amounts are reference values and are determined at the time of actual payment.
