Our organization is seeking a skilled Sales/Project Engineer for Industrial Cooling at our locations in Aarhus, Brøndby, or Vojens. We work on interdisciplinary projects where industrial cooling, heat pumps, and energy-efficient solutions play a central role for our clients, including data centers, pharmaceutical and food producers, district heating companies, and more. You will be responsible for design and engineering tasks and will be a key person in ensuring that the final product functions optimally - both technically, in terms of quality, and operationally.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Responsibility for design and engineering within industrial cooling and heat pumps, including associated hydraulic systems
• Development of technical solutions and concepts for both new and existing clients and market segments
• Collaboration across disciplines in larger interdisciplinary projects
• Quality assurance, documentation, and technical approval of solutions before delivery
• Dialogue with clients, suppliers, and internal specialists to ensure optimal solutions

We Imagine You Have/Are:

• Experience in industrial cooling, heat pumps, refrigeration technology, or similar
• Strong technical understanding and desire to work in the design/engineering phase
• Either a project engineer or sales engineer profile
• Good at building relationships and collaborating across disciplines and departments
• Structured and able to manage your own tasks safely to completion
• Background in operations, consulting, or a similar role is also relevant
