PLC Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a PLC Engineer to optimize and develop automation solutions in an international setting. The role involves ensuring stable operations and driving optimization projects at our modern production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance department with troubleshooting during operations.
• Continuously optimize production equipment.
• Implement major automation projects in collaboration with global teams and sister factories.
• Lead optimization and automation projects.
• Be responsible for automation clarification in CAPEX projects.

Qualifications

• Education as a marine engineer, electrician, automation technologist, or engineer.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with PLC programming.
• Knowledge of drive technology, control engineering, SCADA, HMI programming, structured text programming, Siemens S7/TIA, networking, and industrial protocols.
• Good English skills.
