Plant Design Engineers

We are strengthening our organization and are looking for Lead Engineers / Senior Engineers to our Plant Design Engineer team to Turku. You will be part of a plant engineering team that serves our customers in the process and energy industries.

You understand the processes of the energy and/or chemical industry. You have gained experience in managing and leading plant layout and piping design projects.

You operate strongly in the customer interface, where our customers expect expertise and an active approach to work. Creative problem-solving skills and adapting design solutions to the needs of our customers come naturally to you. The role also requires an understanding of the tasks of other areas of design in order to perceive the functionality of plant entities.

What we expect from you:

• Suitable technical competence (e.g. energy, process, pharma or chemical engineering).
• Deep knowledge of some 3D design software (eg. Cadmatic, E3D, Vertex).
• Layout and piping design expertise.
• Expertise in different processes and ability to comprehend PI-diagrams.
• Ability to lead and guide project engineer team.
• An independent approach and a willingness to learn new things.
• Fluency in Finnish.
• Work experience in similar positions minimum 5…10 years.
