Responsibilities

• Assembly of special machines for the manufacturing industry
• Personnel, organizational, and technical leadership of the assembly team
• Organization of workflows and planning of assembly areas
• Conducting personnel assignments and continuous employee development
• Optimization of work safety, quality, and throughput times

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in project execution
• Understanding and adherence to customer guidelines and standards
• Experience in the assembly and commissioning of special machines
• Proficient in handling electrical, pneumatic, and construction plans
• Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship, technical school)
• Excellent German skills and basic English knowledge
• Initial leadership experience (e.g., in assembly or projects)

Compensation

For this full-time position, a gross monthly salary starting from €3,000 is offered. Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
