The Pathfinding Design Team focuses on enabling next-generation memory technologies through early-stage concept development, advanced circuit design, and comprehensive verification. The team works across DRAM and emerging memory technologies to deliver innovative, high-impact memory solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-chip functional verification on memory development projects.
- Develop verification plans by thoroughly understanding composition specifications.
- Build SystemVerilog testbenches to achieve complete functional coverage.
- Apply SystemVerilog assertions and verification techniques detailed in testing.
- Collaborate with digital design teams to debug test cases and ensure functional accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with UNIX and Cadence design environments, including simulation, schematic entry, and SPF extraction.
- Experience with circuit-level verification using analog, SPICE, and Verilog design tools.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor physics and electronic circuits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design-for-test (DFT) methodologies for memory products.
- Exposure to RTL verification, static timing analysis (STA), or timing-accurate Verilog.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $67,000.00 - $142,000.00 a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
