Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all design activities within the team.
• Responsible for the technical optimization process (standards, quality, efficiency).
• Act as a technical contact for complex and demanding design questions.
• Implement and maintain Inventor configurators.
• Responsible for all BIM topics related to our products.
• Exchange and coordinate with international groups (Design & BIM).
• Create workshop and production plans for standard and special products.
• Ensure technical data quality and documentation standards.
• Support other departments with technical questions.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a designer EFZ.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a designer.
• Training as a technician HF is an advantage.
• Very good 3D-CAD skills (preferably Autodesk Inventor).
• Good MS-Office user skills.
• Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are a plus.
