Job Responsibilities

• Design and structure embedded software solutions.
• Participate in defining software architecture.
• Propose suitable development environments.
• Conduct active technological watch and propose technical solutions.
• Develop low-level software on microcontrollers (Microchip PIC / DSPIC or equivalent).
• Optimize performance and reliability.
• Define test strategies and perform software testing and validation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a Master's degree with a specialization in electronics or embedded systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in embedded development, ideally in constrained or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and comfortable with microcontroller development.
• Knowledge of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, I2S, USB) and development environments like MPLAB X / Harmony.
• Solid understanding of hardware electronics and software-electronics interactions.
• Experience with Bluetooth protocols and CAO tools like Altium Designer is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English, especially for reading technical documentation and communication.
