Hardware Developer for Electronics, 80-100% (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

• Work in an interdisciplinary team to design and implement electronic circuits using modern analog and digital technologies.
• Verify hardware quality through development tests and measurements in the lab and sometimes in the field, including EMC.
• Collaborate with colleagues in mechanics, firmware, and software to integrate electronic components into a functional system.
• Oversee products from concept through prototype development to production and maintenance.
• Participate in a diverse development team and engage in open review, exchange, and learning culture.

Qualifications

• Strong education in electronics or electrical engineering (e.g., HTL/FH/TU).
• Several years of experience in hardware development for analog and digital systems, including EMC experience.
• Ability to think beyond specific fields and understand electronic systems as a whole.
• Experience with Allegro (Cadence) is a plus.
• Team-oriented work style, valuing respectful communication and active experience exchange.
• Proficiency in English.
