Due to continued growth, our organization is seeking building construction Engineers at all levels to join our Sydney project teams.

The Role

Depending on your level, you will:

• Support the delivery of building construction projects from early works through to completion
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate works on site
• Assist with program management, QA and cost control
• Manage RFIs, variations, progress claims and reporting
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and safety requirements
• Work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and the broader delivery team

These are on‑site roles requiring regular site presence and strong collaboration with construction teams.

About You

• Proven experience in building construction is essential
• Degree‑qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• Experience in Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer roles
• Confidence working on live construction sites in fast‑paced delivery environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Open to relocating to Sydney for long‑term project opportunities
• Please note: Candidates with civil‑only experience (e.g. roads, rail, utilities) will not be considered unless they have demonstrated experience on building construction projects.
