Engenheiro de Processo - Estampagem

The company is recruiting a Process Engineer - Stamping to join a leading national company in the automotive sector, based in Trofa.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to production in stamping operations;
• Research, select, and evaluate stamping tool suppliers, including requests and quotation analysis;
• Collaborate in the technical evaluation of suppliers and the definition of specific production means;
• Coordinate the presentation of first samples or prototypes, ensuring the conformity of initial tool parts;
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives, support problem resolution, handle complaints, and collaborate with other areas of the organization.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred);
• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive sector;
• Experience in cold sheet metal forming processes and intervention in stamping tools.
