Imagine this

You're part of a team transforming cutting-edge aero-engine designs into reality. We are looking for a technically skilled and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our Aero-Engine Department, supporting the industrialization and assembly of our turbojet engine portfolio.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in high-speed rotating machinery or engines, with a strong understanding of manufacturing methods, materials, and assembly processes. This role involves developing the manufacturing approach, defining tooling and supply chain needs, and ensuring an efficient and reliable assembly process from prototype to production.

Our organization is revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost-effectiveness. We partner with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to provide advanced solutions for mission-critical operations, enabling a new era of efficiency and technological superiority. Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes for turbojet engines, ensuring efficiency, repeatability, and quality
  • Support the definition and implementation of tooling, fixtures, and assembly setups
  • Contribute to the design and layout of the assembly line and integration of testing processes
  • Provide technical input on material selection, manufacturing methods, and supplier capabilities for high-speed rotating components
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models, performing minor design or drawing edits when necessary
  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and assembly activities
  • Collaborate closely with design, test, and quality teams to ensure robust product realization and manufacturability

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 4-8 years in manufacturing engineering, preferably within aerospace, propulsion, or high-speed rotating machinery
  • Solid understanding of precision assembly, balancing, and tolerance management
  • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes (machining, casting, heat treatment, additive manufacturing, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent) and familiarity with technical drawings and GD&T
  • Awareness of supply chain development and production documentation (BOMs, routings, work instructions)

Who You Are

You're technically curious and love getting into the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You thrive on solving complex problems and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when things get technical. Whether working solo or as part of a multidisciplinary team, you stay proactive, organized, and focused on delivering high-quality results. Pragmatic by nature, you bring precision and reliability to everything you do.
