We are investing in building a world-class advertising business and are running relevant ads to key accounts on our websites and mobile apps. Our Ads organization is developing next-generation products and services to further grow our advertising solutions by providing sellers and suppliers with self-service advertising operations.

The Ads organization is looking for passionate software developers to develop the systems and infrastructure to implement our advertising products. This role includes the development of greenfield projects, low-latency and high-availability API services, and scalable systems. It also requires identifying and solving difficult-to-solve problems to improve the scalability and reliability of the system, as well as efficient resource management.

Job Description

• Interpret and implement the desired results of the business into technical solutions to meet the needs of the business
• Design, develop, and operate scalable, high-performance, microservices-based back-end services for advertiser-driven campaign management and reporting
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, data analysts, and UX designers, to deliver seamless and efficient solutions
• Implement robust and secure APIs for seamless integration with various components of the advertising platform
• Break down complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions and communicate efficiently to create technical solutions that allow teams to move quickly based on priorities
• Define the process and procedures of development and testing
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior members of the team

Eligibility

• Have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related major
• Experience in developing Swift / Objective-C based iOS applications with at least 5 years or equivalent
• Strong understanding of iOS platform architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.) and experience in designing scalable structures
• Experience in linking with back-end APIs such as RESTful APIs and GraphQL, and understanding of network communication structures
• Experience in memory management, performance optimization, and app stability improvement (crash analysis, performance tuning)
• Experience in mobile app releases and operations, including App Store deployment, TestFlight, and CI/CD environments
• Excellent fault situation analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers, backends, and planners
