Senior Post Silicon Validation Engineer

Job Description

• Develop and execute post-silicon validation plans including functional, performance, and stress tests.
• Measurement, and issue debug using hardware tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG.
• Perform characteristic evaluation for analog and digital functions of MCU devices.
• Automate validation workflows and maintain test scripts or diagnostic software.
• Analyze validation data, identify root causes, and provide improvement feedback to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, and software domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degrees in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in post-silicon validation.
• Understanding of MCU, embedded systems, and high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, DDR, USB).
• Skilled in using hardware debug and measurement tools (JTAG, oscilloscope, logic/protocol analyzers).
• Knowledge in scripting languages (Python, Perl, or TCL) for test automation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; proactive, detail-oriented working style.
• English communication is required; Japanese ability is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to relocate temporarily to Japan and later build a validation team in Vietnam.
