Job Description
As an R&D Engineer, you will support research and development activities focused on process optimization and inspection technologies. Your main tasks include creating and refining tool recipes, conducting analyses, and preparing technical reports. You will collaborate with engineers and material partners to ensure accurate inspection results and contribute to continuous process improvements. This role offers hands-on experience in a high-tech environment, combining technical problem-solving with analytical and reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize recipes on various inspection and analysis tools.
- Support material and resist partners onsite with technical expertise and troubleshooting.
- Conduct data analysis and generate comprehensive reports to support ongoing R&D activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
- The R&D Engineer will receive training on several key inspection tools, including optical inspection, SEM review, and e-beam inspection systems, to ensure effective on-site support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in applied sciences, Materials Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Interest or experience in metrology or inspection within a high-tech cleanroom environment.
- Ability to work effectively in complex settings with multiple stakeholders and customers.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling evolving tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
