Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• 4 -7 years experience in Railway signalling
• Assist in the preparation of preliminary and detailed designs of signalling systems that comply with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Prepare documentation of requirements and specifications in relation to signalling systems
• Assist in factory acceptance testing and/or site testing of signalling systems and equipment
• Participate in the commissioning of signalling systems
• Report on design as required
• Carry out design and design production checks on signalling design
• Provide functional support and guidance to the Assistant Design Engineer(s) within the team on all aspects of Signal design and documents within allocated projects.
• Preparation of technical details, specifications and tenders for Signalling projects.
• Ensure technical and safety standards are maintained in all aspects of Signalling system work as instructed.
