Your tasks:

• Support in the technical supervision and optimization of our production processes in the areas of fiber optics, electronics, and assembly manufacturing - including the associated test systems
• Monitoring and evaluation of process and system performance in terms of efficiency and stability
• Participation in the analysis and implementation of measures for cost reduction and productivity increase as well as in the continuous improvement of processes
• Conducting root cause analyses and initiating appropriate corrective actions
• Creation of statistical evaluations and maintenance of relevant production documentation
• Conducting, evaluating, and documenting tests on optical and electronic components as well as active participation in KVP and LEAN initiatives in production

Your profile:

• Completed studies in engineering, preferably in microsystems technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Initial professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with a focus on processes
• Ideally, knowledge of the EN 9100 standard and its application in production or maintenance environments
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SA
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• High level of initiative, responsibility, and strong communication and teamwork skills
