Mixed Signal Verification Engineer - SerDes / High Speed

We are currently partnered with a leading semiconductor company driving next-generation high-speed communication technology. The team are looking to expand their headcount with a Mixed Signal Verification Engineer to work on cutting-edge SerDes Designs.

This is a permanent position based in Lausanne, Switzerland (it is also possible to work from offices in the UK, Germany, or Denmark).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute verification plans for analog/mixed-signal high-speed designs
• Debug and report issues with the design team
• Innovate verification methodologies alongside the team and EDA vendors
• Track and document verification tasks, findings, and methods

Key Requirements:

• Strong scripting skills and understanding of simulation, fabrication, and verification processes
• Expertise with electrical/discrete testbenches and runtime optimization
• Experience in digital/mixed-signal/analog verification, testbench design, and debugging
• Familiarity with simulators (Cadence APS, SpectreX, Xcelium) and verification frameworks (SystemVerilog Assertions, Cadence Ocean, Virtuoso)
• Exposure to high-speed communication systems (SerDes) a plus
• Effective communication and documentation skills
