We are currently supporting a well-established luxury yacht builder in their search for an experienced Interior Engineer to join their team.

This is a hands-on role with involvement across the full lifecycle from design and engineering through to production and on-board installation.

The Role

You’ll sit at the centre of interior development, bridging design, engineering, and production.

• Develop 3D models & 2D technical drawings for interior furniture and components
• Oversee workshop production & technical documentation
• Support and coordinate on-board installation
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and production teams
• Drive continuous improvements in materials and execution

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience with SolidWorks
• Strong background in interior outfitting / furniture / yacht interiors
• Ability to balance design intent with technical feasibility
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Fluent English
