Job Overview

Join our organization as a Surface Treatment Engineer specializing in Electrolysis and Associated Processes. If you are an engineer in chemistry, process engineering, or materials with a strong interest in surface treatment by electrolysis or equivalent processes, this role is for you. You will work in a modern industrial environment, close to workshops, on high-value-added processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the management and optimization of surface treatment processes by electrolysis and equivalent processes such as anodization, electrolytic deposits (nickel plating, zinc-nickel, chrome plating), passivation, and chemical conversions.
• Conduct design of experiments (DOE) and industrial tests to improve process robustness and solve technical or quality issues.
• Analyze process deviations, contribute to corrective and preventive action plans, and participate in the standardization of practices and reliability of installations.
• Contribute to the development and qualification of new surface treatment processes in line with industrial requirements.
• Provide technical support to production teams during tests, adjustments, start-ups, or equipment changes.
• Collaborate with production, quality, methods, and project teams in a learning and skill-building approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Materials.
• Entry-level to mid-level experience (up to 5 years) in an industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge or experience in surface treatment by electrolysis or similar processes.
• Interest in fieldwork, technical curiosity, rigor, and a desire to develop skills in industrial processes.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
