Growth Engineer (Head of Growth)

Job Description

We are looking for someone who builds systems, runs experiments, and scales what works. If you think in feedback loops, move fast from hypothesis to execution, and get genuine satisfaction from watching automated systems compound over time, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with Operations, Marketing, and business units to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Transforming ideas into structured experiments
• Designing and launching scalable acquisition channels
• Building dashboards, analytics, and growth infrastructure
• Implementing automation workflows and growth tooling
• Improving conversion funnels and activation flows
• Coordinating distribution across multiple channels and platforms

First 3 Months

• Launch of 2–3 scalable growth systems
• Measurable improvements in acquisition and conversion metrics
• Implementation of automation infrastructure and workflows
• Clear growth dashboards and operational KPIs
• Repeatable experimentation frameworks for continuous growth
