Gestor/a entornos Cloud

We are currently seeking an individual to join one of our cloud environment management teams at one of our major IT clients linked to a bank in Spain.

The individual will be part of the team responsible for managing SaaS environments, ensuring the integration of applications with the client's SaaS.

Responsibilities:

• Daily management of client requests for onboarding new SaaS.
• Ensure the connection and homologation of applications to the SaaS.
• Support, continuity, and validation of these connections.
• Manage requests using Jira and Confluence.

The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge but will rarely engage in development. The focus of the role is on request management, not coding or system administration.

Requirements:

• CFGM or CFGS in Informatics.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows systems, Python, and SaaS services.
• Highly methodical and organized individual.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
