Job Description

The initial employment is expected to be in Japan for about a year, with the possibility of transitioning to a US location based on performance and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage implementation projects in the US.
• Visit farms and manage planning with local construction vendors.
• Resolve technical issues and optimize costs for project advancement.
• Create implementation systems involving construction vendors.
• Oversee AI camera inspection, maintenance, and improvement.
• Advance sub-projects like maintenance base construction.
• Respond to customer requests.

• Technical expertise.
• Strong motivation for international business.
• Business-level English and native-level Japanese proficiency.

Salary

5,000,000 to 9,000,000 JPY (based on experience, skills, and current salary).
