FBAR/filter Design Engineer

Job Description:

The role consists in designing FBAR filters as highly precise filters to support advanced linear, non-linear performance and high power. You must understand the basic device physics and have the ability to translate between the simulation, physical implementation, and the measured performance of a device.

Requirement:

• 5+ years of experience in technology related to developing and leading FBAR(BAW) or SAW design
• Deep understanding of PAD and system level performance and RF/analog semiconductor device
• Proficient with design tools such as EM(HFSS), circuit(ADS) and layout tool(Cadence or equivalent package layout CAD tool)

Education and experience:

• MS or Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or related field of study
• Deep understanding of RF block and chain design preferred
