We are collaborating with a small-sized company focused on quality in the Civil Engineering and Communication Routes sector. We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join a team that values precision and technical detail in its projects.

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer for Communication Routes to play a crucial role in the technical and commercial management of projects, from conception to technical assistance on site.

Responsibilities:

• Establish contacts with clients from a technical and commercial perspective;
• Identify client requirements accurately and define a technical project solution;
• Implement suitable project solutions and ensure compliance with standards and regulations;
• Prepare project documentation, including descriptive reports, calculations, specifications, measurement maps, and budgets;
• Coordinate interaction with external teams responsible for other areas, such as Geotechnics;
• Monitor various project phases, particularly the technical assistance phase on site;
• Conduct site visits and attend meetings occasionally;
• Stay updated on scientific developments, both in terms of materials and construction processes, as well as environmental requirements;
• Understand and stay updated on contractual and legal standards for route projects.

Competencies:

• Education: Pre-Bologna degree or integrated Master's in Civil Engineering;
• Specialization: Transport and Communication Routes;
• Experience: 10 years in route projects;
• Coordination: Experience in team coordination;
• Technical Knowledge: Mastery of various specialties associated with a Route Project;
• Software: Mastery of road and/or rail infrastructure software (Autocad and Civil3D);
• Languages: Good level of English (spoken and written);
• Tools: Microsoft Office, knowledge of BIM (Revit, Teckla or others).
