Carbon Fibre Engineer - Scotland

Our organization, an award-winning company, is looking for a talented Carbon fibre engineer to work within our small, skilled, and friendly team specializing in high-end carbon fibre products. You’ll play a key role in the design and manufacture of our single-piece, carbon fibre structures, helping set new standards for innovation in the assistive technology sector.

Full-time role based in Forres, Scotland

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and manufacture carbon fibre structures and moulds
• Lead and mentor a small team of carbon fibre technicians
• Ensure builds are delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest quality
• Innovate with materials and processes to push performance further

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with carbon fibre / advanced composites
• Hands-on manufacturing skills (layup, moulding, finishing)
• Leadership experience or ambition to lead a small team
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• A problem-solving, innovative mindset
• Good working knowledge of 3D CAD is essential.
• Must have the right to work in the UK, company will not provide sponsorship
