Job Description
Join a team of passionate developers working closely with the product team to enhance our platform. Your main mission will revolve around our two native applications for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), used by airlines worldwide to improve their operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our iOS and Android applications, understanding the existing codebase.
- Elevate the codebase to higher standards with clean code, clear architecture, and best practices.
- Implement a culture of quality with unit, integration, and UI tests, and code reviews.
- Design and develop new high-value features directly linked to client usage.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand needs and build the right product.
- Work with Front Web developers (React) to ensure a coherent experience across platforms.
- Define effective APIs with Back-End developers tailored to mobile constraints.
- Propose technical choices, tools, libraries, and mobile architecture improvements.
- Continuously improve our mobile delivery pipeline: CI/CD, release management, monitoring, and crash reporting.
- Ensure smooth App Store and Play Store deployments and post-release follow-up.
- Actively participate in structuring the mobile stack and laying solid foundations for the future.
Required Profile
We are looking for a confirmed senior native mobile developer with at least 5 years of experience in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android), capable of significantly improving existing applications.

You will directly shape the design of our demonstration and industrial plants by working at the intersection of R&D and engineering to model, simulate, and optimize our process for both technical performance with economic viability. Responsibilities
- Own the engineering of purification and separation sections from R&D and supplier trials through pilot design, installation, commissioning, and performance monitoring, in close collaboration with the R&D team and our engineering firm
- Build and maintain process simulations and core engineering documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, utilities balances) to support technical decisions for both the pilot and the future demo plant
- Work hands-on with equipment suppliers and external engineering partners throughout FEED, detailed design, procurement, FAT/SAT, installation, and ramp-up to ensure technical alignment and expected performance
- Contribute to safety, operability, and performance reviews (HAZID/HAZOP, bottleneck analyses, optimization plans) and drive the implementation of corrective and improvement actions
- Structure the demonstration plant design basis by consolidating validated pilot data and operational learnings into robust industrial assumptions

Background & Skills
- Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a closely related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in chemical process development and scale-up, including direct involvement in pilot or industrial plant design
- Proven track record delivering data-driven process design packages (PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications) for multi-step chemical processes
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated collaboration abilities in English; French is a plus
- Experience with purification operations and/or solid/liquid separation processes would be highly valued
- Expertise in process simulation and modeling using tools such as Aspen Plus (or equivalent), with deep knowledge of thermodynamics and reaction engineering
- Well-organized and practical approach to problem solving, driven by curiosity and attention to detail
