Job Description

Join our team as a Server Developer focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML). You will be part of a compliance product squad, working autonomously like a small startup. The compliance squad is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency of our organization's compliance monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and operate the anti-money laundering (STR/CTR) system for an internet bank.
  • Analyze data to identify suspicious transactions and report them to relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to create and manage data marts that meet STR/CTR requirements.
  • Predict suspicious transactions and create monitoring rules tailored to all products.
  • Work closely with business and compliance departments to develop systems that adhere to regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in AML-related development or implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Java and databases, especially in handling and storing large volumes of data.
  • Ability to communicate flexibly and logically.
  • Experience in handling large data sets and batch processing.
  • Experience in data modeling and building new systems from scratch.
  • Familiarity with MDD development methodology.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of Micro Service Architecture (MSA).
  • Experience with Redis and Kafka.
