Senior Requirements Management Tools Engineer

Job Description

Job Purpose & Dimensions

• Establish a central pool of tools for development excellence and quality assurance.
• Work with SW development teams using Polarion, 3DS, R4J, and Jama tools.

Principal Accountabilities

• Maintain and manage requirements management tools.
• Design solutions for traceability and test status reports.
• Provide coaching and training on best practices.
• Integrate tools with development tools for DevOps practices.

Key Performance Measures

• Tool uptime and performance.
• Scalable architecture with high security.
• Regular training sessions for new users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with requirements management tools and ALM/PLM systems.
• Knowledge of aSPICE, ISO 26262, TISAX standards.
• Experience with agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
